Chances are, if you work for someone else, at some point you will be bullied in your career. The stress of this bullying can lead to severe physical problems, as well as psychological ones. Here are some signs to look for:

If you feel like your company supports this kind of negative behaviour, you might feel your best option just might be to quit. This might even be the advise of your friends who say “It’s not worth it, to put your health at risk.”
Weigh the consequences of your actions carefully. You have a source of income in this job, that will immediately change if you resign. Do you have another perspective job? Do you have sufficient savings? Have you consulted a lawyer or legislative body to help you determine your rights? This is an important step, if you want to ensure you are making the right steps.
Some people will just want to cut the TOXICITY out of their life immediately and while this is understandable, you are empowering the bully to do this to others, because they got away with it. You have the power to make a change, to stand up for yourself and stop this terrible practise. What will you do?
